Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information billt collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account info: name, email, password hash. Business data: clients, projects, time entries, and invoices you create. Usage data: log data, device info, and basic analytics.

How we use it

To run the Service, deliver AI features, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We don't sell your data, ever.

AI processing

When you use AI features, the relevant context is sent to our model provider for processing. Providers don't train on your data, and inputs are not retained beyond what's needed to return a response.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the Service (hosting, payments, email delivery, AI inference). A current list is available on request.

Your rights

You can export, edit, or delete your data at any time from inside the app, or by emailing privacy@billt.app.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel.
